A generation’s worldview comes from the cultural view that they are taught about things like the nature of truth, the hierarchy of the world, and what it takes to be a leader.
The global pandemic and its aftermath call for flexibility, agility, and resilience on the part of younger people. Older generations need to support them and make room for them.
